Hatfield’s Fire Marshal confirmed the report and Chief 17 assumed command.
Engine 17-1 arrived as first due engine, secured their own hydrant, and stretched a handline to the second floor. Ladder 17 arrived as first due truck company, conducted a primary search, opened the ceiling, and laddered the structure. The fire was quickly brought under control quickly.
There were no injuries to the residents or fire personnel. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Hatfield Township Fire Marshal’s Office. Thank you to our mutual aide companies for your help!
