The health and wellness of our members has been a major focus of the company. The Company’s gym at our main station has grown tremendously over the past 5 years and is one of the most used spaces at the firehouse!

The station gym started by some of our firefighters donating their own personal equipment. As it was used more frequently the Company decided to add and upgrade the equipment! While keeping our firefighters healthy is the main benefit of the gym, it also keeps our volunteers in the firehouse more often! Plus the views make working out a bit more enjoyable!
