The duties would involve taking detailed minutes at each monthly business meeting on the 2nd Monday of each month, maintaining and providing the minutes to the company president, and reading of the previous meeting's minutes at the start of each monthly meeting. This a volunteer position and would only entail about 2-3 hours of time each month. The fire company will provide the laptop to be used for taking/preparing the minutes.
